Brown Apricot
The unsulphured grade is dried entirely in the sun, which darkens the fruit to a deep amber-brown and concentrates the sugars. Nothing is added and nothing is treated, so it qualifies for organic and clean-label programmes. Texture is denser and chewier than the bright grade, with a pronounced honey character.
