Rock Candy (Navat)
Navat is crystallised from a saturated cane-and-beet syrup over several days, which produces large, structurally clean crystals with a faint caramel note. It dissolves slowly, making it the classic accompaniment to tea, and is used across the region as a soothing remedy. Supplied in gift-grade clusters and standard broken crystal.
