Yellow Raisin
Golden sultanas are dried under controlled conditions to preserve the amber colour and the fruit's natural acidity. Available in both treated (SO₂ within EU/US limits) and untreated versions. The berry is firm rather than sticky, which makes it the preferred grade for premium retail packs and confectionery inclusions.
