ZAR Food Export Inc. was founded to close a simple gap: buyers in the United States wanted Central Asian dried fruit at a consistent, documented standard — and growers wanted a partner who paid fairly and came back every season.
We contract directly with farms, supervise drying and sorting, and take responsibility for the product until it clears customs at the destination port. No anonymous middlemen, no lot substitutions.
