Frequently Asked Questions

What is your minimum order quantity?

For sea freight we work from one 20' container per product, roughly 12–18 tonnes depending on the item. Mixed containers are possible from 3 tonnes per position. Air samples of 1–5 kg are sent free of charge for qualified buyers.

Can you produce under our own brand?

Yes. We handle private label from 3 tonnes per SKU: pouches, cartons and retail-ready cases. You provide the artwork, we handle films, printing and packing, and send digital proofs plus a physical sample before the run.

How long does delivery to the U.S. take?

Typical transit from loading to an East Coast port is 28–35 days, and 32–40 days to the West Coast, plus 5–7 days for documentation and customs. Air freight for urgent volumes takes 5–8 days door to door.

Which incoterms do you work with?

Most commonly FOB and CFR. We also quote DDP for buyers who prefer a landed price with customs and delivery included. Payment terms are usually 30% advance and 70% against copies of shipping documents, with L/C available for larger contracts.

What happens if a lot does not match the sample?

Sealed reference samples are kept by both sides for the duration of the contract. If an independent inspection confirms a deviation, we replace the lot or issue a credit note — the procedure is written into the contract, not negotiated after the fact.
