Black Raisin
Our black raisin is produced from late-harvest Kishmish grapes shade- and sun-dried in open yards, then cleaned, calibrated and lightly oiled to keep the berries free-flowing. The colour is a natural, uniform black with a satin sheen — no caramel colouring and no added sugar. Typical use is bakery, breakfast cereal, trail mix and retail packing.
Highlights
- Seedless, no added sugar
- Uniform calibre, low fines
- Moisture controlled at 16–18%
- Metal detected and X-ray screened
